Laurence Magloire

Laurence Magloire

Head of Office

Originally from Belgium, Laurence has been working in Luxembourg since 1990.

Laurence is Head of Office at Broad Street Luxembourg Sàrl since November 1, 2022, and a member of the Board of Managers of Broadstreet Luxembourg Sàrl.

Previously Laurence was the Managing Director at Mirabaud Asset Management (Europe) SA and Directrice Générale of Mirabaud Asset Management France from January 1, 2018, until October 31, 2022.

Until December 31, 2017, Laurence was employed by Wells Fargo Asset Management Luxembourg SA as the Managing Director since November 15, 2015.

Previously Laurence was the Chief Operating Officer & Deputy CEO of MDO Management Company from May 1, 2014, until November 14, 2015.

Prior to MDO Laurence held a variety of positions during her 18-year tenure at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where she last served as Luxembourg Country Head and Conducting Officer of its self-management company as well as acting as Board Member and Chairperson of the Morgan Stanley Investment Funds. Laurence led the daily operations of MSIM’s European Funds, overseeing key service provider relationships and leading client services and relationship management.
Laurence started her career in Luxembourg at Fleming Asset Management from 1990 to 1996 working in their Fund Operations and Client Services organisation.

Laurence graduated from ISMA, Arlon, Belgium.

Emmanuel Cogels

Emmanuel Cogels

Head of Governance, Risk and Control

Emmanuel is Head of Governance, Risk and Control and Board member of Broad Street Luxembourg, a role he assumed in November 2023. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in Luxembourg’s financial sector, specialising in risk management, internal controls and governance frameworks.

Before joining Broad Street Luxembourg, Emmanuel was a Conducting Officer responsible for Risk Management and Valuation at Mirabaud Asset Management (Europe). Prior to this, he gained experience as an external auditor at PwC Luxembourg, followed by serving as Chief Internal Auditor at Delen Private Bank Luxembourg. He later became a Conducting Officer in charge of Compliance and Risk Management at Cadelux.

Alongside these experiences, he has acted as a board member of several regulated and unregulated Alternative Investment Fonds (AIFs).

Emmanuel graduated from ICHEC Brussels Management School and Université Paris Nanterre.

Lucia Casasco

Lucia Casasco

Head of Corporate Services

Lucia joined Broad Street Luxembourg S.à r.l. in August 2019 and serves as Head of Corporate Services and Board Member. In her current role, she manages a dynamic team of professionals and oversees the governance and provision of corporate secretarial services for Luxembourg vehicles across different investment strategies: private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt.

Prior to joining Broad Street Luxembourg S.à r.l., Lucia was a Manager Legal & Corporate Services at Intertrust Group in Luxembourg, where she joined in March 2018.

Lucia’s international experience also extends to roles in the British Virgin Islands, where she served as an Account Legal Manager for The Citco Group of Companies from August 2015 to February 2018.

Lucia started her career in 2006 as a paralegal and started working as a graduated lawyer in 2010 at Marval O’Farrell Mairal, the largest law firm in Argentina, specialising in corporate, commercial law, M&A, and corporate conflicts.

She graduated in law with honours from the Universidad Católica de Buenos Aires in 2009, and completed a Master in Economics and Business Law at the same University in 2015.

Raphaël Poncelet

Head of Finance and Treasury

Raphaël is Head of Finance and Treasury and Board Member of Broad Street Luxembourg S.à r.l. which he joined in March 2024.

Raphaël brings over 27 years of experience in Luxembourg. Before Broad Street Luxembourg S.à r.l., he was Head of Investment Finance at Europa Capital Luxembourg S.à r.l., a real estate fund manager, for two years. Before that, Raphaël was a partner at Signes S.à r.l., later serving as Managing Director – Luxembourg at JTC Signes S.à r.l. after its acquisition by JTC in July 2015. He initially joined Signes in October 2003 as a senior accountant. Earlier in his career, Raphaël spent six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers Luxembourg in the accounting and tax department, managing local and international commercial companies.

Raphaël is a Luxembourg Chartered Accountant and was a member of the Luxembourg Chartered Accountant Order for 21 years.

Alongside these experiences, he has acted as a board member of various Luxembourg Private Equity and Real Estate companies (CSSF regulated or not).

He holds a Diploma in accounting and company management from Haute Ecole Catholique du Luxembourg “Blaise Pascal”, Belgium and a Luxembourg tax certificate delivered by the Luxembourg Chambre de Commerce in 2000.

Tural Taghiyev

Tural Taghiyev

Tax Director

Tural is a seasoned tax expert and Board Member at Broad Street Luxembourg, a position he has held since October 2021. With over 13 years of experience in international and alternative investments tax management, he has developed tax control frameworks, overseen compliance for more than 400 entities, and led strategic tax projects.

Prior to Broad Street Luxembourg, Tural developed his tax expertise at Big 4 firms across several countries. His career spans fund structuring, M&A tax strategy, and tax advisory services, as well as managing tax controversies and regulatory compliance in international contexts. As a board member, Tural contributes to strategic direction and tax governance at Broad Street Luxembourg.

Tural holds dual LL.M. degrees in International & European Taxation from the University of Maastricht and in International Commercial Law from the University of Westminster. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, with certifications in both international and Luxembourg-specific taxation.
